Program Overview
The TeleAI Design Partner program offers a free 12-week pilot for qualified AI SaaS companies. Partners receive white-glove onboarding, dedicated support, and direct product influence.
- Maximum 5 design partners under white-glove onboarding
- Free under Letter of Intent — no payment during pilot
- Bi-weekly feedback sessions with product team

Onboarding

Design Partners receive:
- Dedicated Slack channel — 4-hour business-day response SLA
- Support portal for bug reports and feature requests
- Direct access to engineering for P1 issues
